Dr. Jason Warn received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from THE Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Go Buckeyes! Dr. Jason is proud to be part of a family tradition of healthcare professionals serving our community. His father, Dr. Stanley Warn, an Optometrist in Beachwood, OH; has been in practice for over 40 years, and served as the President of the Ohio State Board of Optometry. His sister, Anita, is also an Optometrist.

Dr. Jason’s younger brother, Jeremy, also recieved his DDS degree from OSU, and is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon! Dr. Jeremy and his family moved back to Cleveland in July 2021, and currently practices in Parma, OH.

In 2014, Dr. Jason joined the dental practice of Dr. Daniel Koplow. Dr. Dan and Dr. Jason knew each other for many years because Dr. Jason and his family were all patients at the office! In 2015, Dr. Dan transitioned the practice to Dr. Jason. A few months later, Dr. Dan and his fiancé Janet moved to Colorado Springs to enjoy the sun, the ski slopes, and the magnificent Rocky Mountains!

Dr. Jason spends hundreds of hours a year on continuing education, in an effort to offer his patients the finest quality dental care and to stay updated on the latest techniques and procedures. He is also known to have a calm and relaxing demeanor and always strives to make patients feel comfortable during procedures.

Dr. Jason grew up in Beachwood, OH. He currently resides in University Heights, with his lovely wife, Shoshana. They have two beautiful children, Kevin and Sara.

Some of his hobbies are biking, cooking, and traveling.
